Fulfillment & Processing

Each order is thoughtfully prepared, inspected, and dispatched from our U.S. fulfillment center to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During holidays, promotions, or periods of increased order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery Estimates

Most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally impact transit times.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Veinora is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make modifications.

Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

1: The product

2: The product packaging

3: The outer shipping carton

We will review the claim and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. While we are happy to assist with tracking inquiries and carrier claims, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or be held responsible for carrier-related delays.
