Refund policy


We hope you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unburned, free of any signs of use, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product, its packaging, and the outer shipping box so we can assist you with a claim.

Each candle vessel is crafted from genuine natural marble. Due to the unique nature of natural stone, no two pieces are exactly alike. While each vessel is initially machine-carved, it is individually hand-finished and polished by skilled artisans. Variations in color, veining, mineral markings, texture, small pores, and other naturally occurring characteristics are normal and are part of what makes each piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Due to differences in lighting conditions and screen displays, actual colors may appear slightly different in person.

Our candles are hand-poured in small batches. Minor variations in wax appearance, frosting, surface texture, sink marks, or other subtle characteristics are a natural result of the handcrafted process.

In addition, our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, which has a relatively low melting point. Due to temperature fluctuations during shipping or storage, candles may occasionally develop slight sweating, softening, frosting, or other cosmetic surface changes. These characteristics do not affect the performance or burn quality of the candle and are not considered defects. If desired, placing the candle in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes may help restore its appearance.

For safety and hygiene reasons, used, burned, altered, or partially consumed candles are not eligible for return or refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
