1. Is every marble candle unique?

Yes. Each vessel is crafted from genuine natural marble, making every piece one of a kind. Variations in veining, color, mineral markings, texture, and natural patterns are expected and are part of the beauty of natural stone.

2. Will my candle look exactly like the photos?

We photograph each piece individually whenever possible. However, slight differences in color appearance may occur due to lighting conditions and screen settings. As all measurements are taken by hand, slight variations in dimensions may occur.

3. Why does my marble vessel have small pores, markings, or texture variations?

Natural marble may contain mineral deposits, small pores, and other naturally occurring characteristics formed over millions of years. These are natural features of the stone and are not considered defects.

4. How are your marble vessels made?

Each vessel begins with precision machine carving and is then individually hand-finished and polished by skilled artisans. This combination of craftsmanship and natural stone ensures that no two pieces are exactly alike.

5. What type of wax do you use?

Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax and carefully selected fragrance oils.

6. Why does the wax look frosted, uneven, or slightly textured?

Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches using natural soy wax, minor frosting, sink marks, and surface variations may occur. These characteristics are normal and do not affect performance.

7. My candle arrived slightly soft or sweaty. Is that normal?

Yes. Soy wax has a relatively low melting point. During warmer weather or transit, candles may occasionally develop slight sweating, softening, frosting, or other cosmetic surface changes. These do not affect the candle's burn quality. If desired, place the candle in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes to help restore its appearance.

8. How long should I burn my candle?

For the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface. We recommend burning your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time for optimal performance and safety.

9. Do your candles contain natural wood wicks?

Yes. Our candles feature natural wooden wicks selected to complement the character and ambiance of each piece.

10. Can I reuse the marble vessel after the candle is finished?

Absolutely. Once any remaining wax has been removed, the marble vessel can be reused as a decorative container, catchall tray, planter, brush holder, or other home décor piece.

12. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box. We will review the claim and assist you as quickly as possible.

13. Can I choose a different fragrance?

No. Each stone vessel is thoughtfully paired with a fragrance that complements its color, texture, and character. To preserve the intended experience, fragrances cannot be changed individually.
